Always have the most current versions of audio & video players, and document readers.

Introduction
Do you have the most current version of the audio/video players and file readers?  If you don't, you won't be able to take advantage of quality and features that the newer players offer.

Why should you care if you're a version or two behind?

Because one of the thrusts of being Certified Cyber is that you are up to speed on what it takes to be on top of the cyber curve.  Some might not see the compelling "need" to download and use the latest free update of these players.  Our view?  Part of the process of being Certified Cyber is to never be behind on technology, and getting in the habit of having the most current players/readers is as important as having the most current players/readers!

Why resist?  Why delay?  Why avoid?  Why not just make it your policy to update/upgrade your players/readers, once you know that the bugs are out of any of the new upgrades.  (I usually wait about 90 days before upgrading/updating so that I stay at the leading edge, but not the e-bleeding edge.)
